Using this marketing site and the client portal. Binding service terms are presented before paid enrollment.
NewLeaf provides credit restoration and debt negotiation support through a secure client portal. This website is informational. Continuing with email opens OTP login to the portal. Nothing on this site is credit counseling, legal advice, or a guarantee of score change or timeline.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. You retain the right to dispute inaccurate credit information with consumer reporting agencies at no charge. Qualifying credit repair contracts include CROA cancellation and disclosure rights as presented at enrollment.
Payment processing, if applicable, is handled by licensed processors under separate merchant agreements. Chargebacks and billing disputes follow the processor and program policies disclosed at enrollment.

Settlements
NewLeaf is not a debt settlement company and does not settle debts as your settlement provider. You can negotiate with creditors through the app when that path fits. Larger cases may be referred to independent partners — partners may charge their own fees. NewLeaf does not collect a fee based on the amount of debt settled or the amount saved.
Banking
NewLeaf is not a bank and does not take deposits. Any financing or banking services, when available, come from separate partners under their own terms.
$100 satisfaction
Paid programs include a $100 satisfaction guarantee / refund under the enrollment window in your Service Agreement. It does not promise score changes, deletions, or settlements.
