Service Agreement

Informational summary for this marketing site. Binding enrollment agreements are presented in the LIVE portal before paid services begin.

Scope of services

NewLeaf provides credit restoration and debt negotiation support through a secure client portal. Services may include organizing credit-report information, structured dispute support, education modules, status tracking, and coordination around verified accounts. NewLeaf is not a credit counseling agency and does not provide legal advice.

Not a debt settlement company

NewLeaf is not a debt settlement company and does not settle debts as your settlement provider. You may negotiate with creditors through the app when that path fits your facts. Larger or complex cases may be referred to independent partners. Those partners may charge their own fees, disclosed at referral. NewLeaf does not collect a fee based on the amount of debt settled or the amount saved.

Not a bank

NewLeaf is a financial technology and services platform, not a bank. We do not take deposits. Any financing or banking services, when available, are provided by separate partners under their own terms and disclosures.

No outcome guarantees

Results vary. NewLeaf does not guarantee any credit score change, removal of specific items, settlement amount, financing approval, savings, or timeline. Illustrative portal screens and marketing examples are educational, not promises.

$100 satisfaction guarantee / refund

If you are not satisfied with NewLeaf’s paid program within the first billing window stated at enrollment, you may request a $100 satisfaction credit or refund (whichever applies to your enrollment terms) by contacting support via call, text, or email. This guarantee does not promise credit score changes, deletions, or settlements. The LIVE portal enrollment packet controls the binding refund window and eligibility.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, review portal statuses, and make your own decisions about disputes, payments, and settlements. You retain the right to dispute inaccurate information with credit bureaus at no charge.

CROA and consumer rights

For qualifying credit repair contracts, the Credit Repair Organizations Act provides a three-business-day right to cancel and other disclosures. Full CROA notices and cancellation forms are presented before paid enrollment in the LIVE portal. You also have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus at no cost, and to obtain a copy of your consumer file from a consumer reporting agency.

Fees and billing

Program fees are disclosed before enrollment and are charged for supervised software access, dispute workflow support, education, and account management — not as a percentage of debt settled. Payment processing is handled by licensed processors. Billing schedules, refunds (including the $100 satisfaction policy), and chargeback paths are stated in the enrollment packet. Marketing pages do not create a paid obligation by themselves.

Support

Support channels (call (520) 223-9768, text 844-990-2022, email info@newleaf.financial, and portal login) are available around the clock for billing questions and account help. One call, one text, one email, or one click away.

Privacy and data

Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Portal access uses email one-time codes. Internal CRM views (including Twenty) are for specialist operations — not a consumer login surface.

Merchant and processor posture

NewLeaf maintains clear product descriptions, cancellation rights, and dispute-resolution paths consistent with responsible merchant practices. We avoid deceptive claims, false urgency, and score guarantees that conflict with processor and consumer-protection expectations.
